Culture Deluxe Limited is looking for a motivated and proactive Administrator / Business Development & Sales Intern to join our growing team. Culture Deluxe is a UK-based PR, events, luxury lifestyle and business consultancy company working across brand partnerships, public relations, events, talent, travel, and business development. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience across business administration, client communication, business development, sales support and relationship management. The successful intern will work closely with our team and gain insight into how a growing creative and consultancy business operates. You will have the opportunity to learn how to identify potential clients and partners, conduct market research, support outreach activities, maintain business records, assist with administrative tasks, and help organise follow-ups and business opportunities. The role is particularly suited to someone who is interested in business, sales, marketing, PR, entrepreneurship, events or working with growing businesses. Key areas of exposure: Supporting day-to-day business administration and organisation Researching potential clients, partners and business opportunities Supporting business development and lead-generation activities Assisting with outreach and professional communications Maintaining lead and contact databases Following up with prospects and business contacts under supervision Supporting client and partnership coordination Preparing basic reports, documents and presentations Helping organise meetings, tasks and follow-ups Learning how businesses develop partnerships and generate new opportunities Supporting the wider Culture Deluxe team with projects and initiatives This is an unpaid learning opportunity designed to provide practical exposure, mentorship and transferable professional skills. The internship will have defined responsibilities, regular guidance and opportunities to develop practical experience in administration, business development and commercial operations.
Requirements
Strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, PR or business development Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to research information and identify relevant opportunities Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and potential partners Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines Willingness to learn and receive feedback Reliable, professional and able to work independently when required Previous work, volunteering, university or entrepreneurial experience is an advantage but not essential We are particularly interested in someone who is curious, resourceful, ambitious and eager to understand how a real business operates.
